You may return your item within 14 days of its arrival. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, have an unregistered G CODE and retain its original BODIES Security ribbon.
We won’t take clothes that have been worn, used, changed, damaged, or are missing their original tags. BODIES has the right to refuse returns of items that don’t meet the above return requirements.
Depending on where you live, you can send the item(s) back to our warehouse in the (UK) United Kingdom using the free return label that you can request by emailing us.
How to return item

You will receive a pre-paid returns label that can be affixed to the outside of your package (for UK orders only) and dropped off at your local post office. Please retain a receipt as proof of postage.
Ensure that your items are in their original packaging, and that they are in a sellable state.

Please ensure that, for all international returns, you use a tracking service that allows you to track your package.
Please note that there may be additional fees associated with international returns.
How long will my refund take to be processed?
Please allow 5 – 10 business days for the refund to show up on your statement after we’ve received the product.
*Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment.
What if my product is defective?
Please notify us immediately if you receive a damaged item by filling out the form below with your Order #, a description of the problem, and photos. Please do not return any damaged items to BODIES unless instructed to do so by customer service.
